Acorn House

This lovely Bed and Breakfast has a beautiful view of an organic farm with distant ocean views. It is located in sunny Vesuvius. There are two Bedroom suites and each suite has Scandic décor which includes queen sized beds, sitting areas, private bath, decks and beverage serving centers. During the week homemade muffins, fruit and juice is provided and on the weekends an amazing delicious hot breakfast is offered in your room or on the deck. Relax on the deck overlooking the fam and animals and the mountains on Vancouver Island in the distance. Downtown is only a 7 minute drive. There are two sunny beaches in the neighbourhood. Stay on the warm side of the island in this pet friendly, family oriented Bed and Breakfast.

Fridas Villa

Fridas Villa is a very special Boutique Suite with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms and two Queen bedrooms, the Mexican casita style suite celebrates the life and paintings of Mexican painter Frida Kahlo. Massage therapists for each of you can be hired in to pamper you further.

Beachside Flat

The suite is private, spacious and self contained. There is a woodstove/fireplace, television with cable and a stereo in the lounge/dining room. Linens & towels are provided and there is a laundromat just across the creek if needed. Guests may utilize the “backyard” tidal beach and there is an enclosed, private sitting area just outside the suite.

Beachside is a great place to stay and explore Ganges, relax, revitalize and enjoy. It is a character building with coved ceilings. The Bedroom faces the oceanside and has a double bed, while the Kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. The living room is large, bright and extremely comfortable. Wireless service is available.

Lakeside Cottage

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a view down to the lake. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and the third, has a double bed with forest views. Maximum number of persons in the cottage is 5. There is a large living room with TV/VCR/Stereo, a wood stove/ fireplace and a deck off of it that overlooks the lake. There is another deck off the south side of the cottage with a BBQ, table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and also houses a washer/dryer which is convenient for longer stays.

Guests have use of a sauna that is attached to our house, down near the lake, plus use of canoes, paddle boat and an electric motorized fishing boat/rowboat. At times there may be kayaks available for the use of those who have some kayaking experience. A lazy but lively place to be! The water is amazing for swimming and the bass and trout fishing are good!

Apple Beachfront Cottage

A very sweet little self-catered cottage on the ocean. Apple Beachfront Cottage has ocean views and a private beach with abundant wildlife and spectacular island scenery. On the queen bed you will find 500 count Egyptian sheets and a down duvet. Kids (2 max) love the separate sleeping loft - it becomes their secret hideaway. Also, there is a kitchenette with a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, half fridge and sink. Plush cotton robes and towels are provided for your use on the beach or in your private ensuite bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi Internet, VCR & DVD, easy chairs, and privacy make this 300 square foot charmer both cozy and romantic.

Drive through a magical fern forest to your secluded piece of paradise. The cottage shares the property with a Tudor style house on over an acre of very private woods with a large seasonal creek flowing through it.
